"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Yeah I'm a part the COCC or COLT a.k.a. CAT Well its a requirement if you are interested or not at all, I OK with it, they say it is an asset until the next year (so we will be the high officers training the new comers next year) or its big deal for some schools in MANILA. The training is HARD but it is worth it (being excuse in some of the classes or in some other reasons). Now were off duty this time, were going to be inform till COLT training comes up. They say we will have a camping in somewhere near school (no fun just near the school) So that about it...
